How to read a result
- Each entry is KPKT's record, shown with KPKT's company name and licence code. It is not our judgement of the developer.
- Some records are years old, and a company may have paid, appealed or revived the project since. Check the current status on TEDUH or with the National Housing Department (JPN) before you decide.
- Companies with the same name are grouped only when KPKT gives the same licence code or exactly the same name, so check the code against the developer's licence.
- Not being on these lists does not mean a developer is sound. Check its licence and the project's advertising and sales permit, and read our guide to checking a developer.
