How to read it
- Prices are developers' listed (gross) prices for the whole project. The price you pay after rebates can be lower.
- Price per sq ft compares each project with similar launches nearby of the same kind of home, as in the Price check. Smaller units cost more per sq ft, so compare like-sized homes where you can.
- Units left are from the latest sales records, updated weekly. Handover is the date promised in the sale and purchase agreement, or the approved extension.
- The nearest train station is measured in a straight line from the project, so the walk is longer.
