TSLAWLand (Strategic White Knight) took over the project and is now its developer. China Railway Engineering Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd was the main contractor, and the architect was SK Tan Architect.
Towers A and B have Type B (1,903 sq ft), Towers C and D have Types A1 and A2 (2,238 sq ft), Tower E has Types D1, D2 and D3 (1,108 sq ft), and Type C (1,613 sq ft) is in all towers. Type D comes in three different layouts: D1 and D3 have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and D3 has sky deck access, while D2 has 1+1 bedrooms with a library. Prices vary by type, floor and view.
