New property launches in Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur

A quiet north-east neighbourhood with landed homes and an LRT station

Setiawangsa is a residential neighbourhood in north-east Kuala Lumpur, between Keramat, Wangsa Maju and Taman Melawati. Recent launches include semi-detached houses, which are rare inside the city.

The LRT Kelana Jaya line stops at Setiawangsa and Sri Rampai, and the DUKE and MRR2 link the area to the city centre and Ampang.
